Sharing my emails with this florist: I added photo of what I ordered and what she received if I wanted to send her Market Basket nuts I could of done it for a 1/4 of the cost. (I don't think 2 bags of peanuts are a healthy choice) Dear Leiby's Flower Shop, I attempted to call you earlier, but only reached your generic voicemail, where I left a message. I am writing to discuss the disappointing gift basket that was sent to my boss yesterday. Attached are photos that show the order details compared to what was actually received. Please let me know how you can rectify this situation. There reply was: Good afternoon. I am Quinner. Thank you so much for your message. I am sorry this happen. So we find your record. Please take look order details only is " Health Nut Basket " Doesn't have any other item number. We each order all have take pictures prove what's we did. When driver delivery already immediately take pictures too after call recipient phone number. Here is all pictures , please check it. Again your order though wire company. After a last-minute issue with our Mother’s Day flowers, this florist completely came through for us and exceeded every expectation. The arrangements were absolutely beautiful — elegant, fresh, and thoughtfully designed. I’m extremely disappointed with this florist. We received a bouquet from them as a gift, and unfortunately, it was very poor quality. All of the roses were already old and wilting, and the arrangement itself looked like it was made with the cheapest possible filler flowers. It completely took away from what should have been a thoughtful and beautiful gesture. When someone spends money to send flowers, they expect freshness and quality—not something that looks like it’s past its prime. I would not recommend this florist at all. If you’re planning to send flowers to someone special, I’d strongly suggest going elsewhere.

Delivery driver was asked not to ring the doorbell because we have a newborn. They rang the doorbell and woke us up anyway. Then the next day they showed up and rang the doorbell again at 830AM because they forgot the chocolates. The chocolates are old and grey and nearly expired. The teddy bear add-on has a wooden skewer glued up its rear, making it useless for a child to hold. The flowers looked bad too. Would never shop here, terrible value

My brother in NJ ordered flowers for my birthday from an online service. More than often, flowers ordered this way and assigned to local florists are not as pictured and the quality isn’t great. The arrangement delivered to me by Lieby’s was absolutely gorgeous, festive and full. The attention to detail and design was amazing! While in Ashland, I stopped by the shop and had the pleasure to meet the owner and floral designer, Quinner. She is a warm, delightful woman, who clearly is a talented floral designer and takes pride in her work. I highly recommend this florist.
